Al Madeenah delivers "almost" anywhere in the world, shipping costs vary and are charged according to the country of destination, the weight of the order and its amount.

Exchange and refund :

To start an exchange or refund procedure, please send an e-mail to customer-service[@]al-madeenah.com stating the reasons for your request.

Exchange conditions

Upon receipt of your package, you have 48 hours to request an exchange. After this period, the exchange will be systematically refused.

Exchange costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned "new" with the accessories included.

During our email exchanges, the return address will be communicated to you.

Once the product has been received and verified as well as the payment of the shipping costs received, we will send you the new product.

Refund conditions

Case 1: Order placed - Production not started

The refund is full.

Case 2: Order placed - Manufacturing in progress

The refund will only concern the shipping costs.

Case 3: Order placed - Confection completed

The refund will only concern the shipping costs.

Case 4: Order placed - Parcel shipped

No refunds.

Case 5: Parcel delivered

Once your order has been delivered to your home or collected at a relay point, you have 2 days to request a return. After this time, the request will be refused.

Note that we cannot guarantee the color accuracy of our items, there may be slight color differences due to light during our photography sessions or it may be due to our fabric suppliers.

On the other hand, if, despite our quality control processes, you notice a manufacturing defect, two solutions are available to you:

1- full refund

2- the shipment of an identical item

Refund or shipment will be made once we receive the defective item.
