What are the delivery times ?

We try to deliver to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally delivered between 1 and 4 working days depending on the carrier chosen and the country of destination.

How much are the shipping fees ?

We offer free delivery in Points for France and Belgium for all orders over €69. Delivery costs depend on the carrier chosen during the ordering process and the country of destination. By simulating an order on our online store, you will be able to see the carriers offered, delivery times and prices.

How can I track my package ?

As soon as your order is taken care of by the carrier, you will receive an email indicating the tracking information. If you already have a tracking number, go to the carrier's website to track your package in real time.



Where are your abayas made ?

All Al Madeenah branded products are manufactured and packaged in the United Arab Emirates and then shipped from Dubai International Airport.

How do I choose the right size for my abaya ?

In each product page, in the choice of size, the exact measurements are indicated. You just have to choose the size according to your height and you're done !

How do I take care of my abaya ?

We invite you to follow the following advice in order to keep your abaya as long as possible.

- To hand-wash

- Wash inside out

- Air dry

- Iron at low temperature

Pay particular attention to abayas with sequins, rhinestones or lace.


Exchanges and refunds

How do I return my order and get a refund ?

Once your order has been received, you have 2 days to change your mind. To initiate a return procedure for an exchange or refund, the conditions are the same, namely:

1- Products and accessories must be returned intact

2- The packaging boxes must be returned intact

3- If it is an exchange, pay the delivery costs of the new product

Send an email to customer-service[@] so that we can provide you with the return address according to your location and once the products have been received in accordance with the conditions, the exchange or refund will be made.


Can I exchange one product for another ? 

Do you want to exchange your product because you don't like the colour, the fabric or the cut? No problem. The procedure will be the same as the previous question. On one condition: if you wish to exchange your product for another more expensive product, you will have to pay the difference. If the new product is cheaper then we will deduct the price difference from the delivery costs.

I received an order that is not mine, what should I do ?

Oops! Please accept our apologies. Email us at customer-service[@] We will send you the return address by return email, a packing slip and the procedure to follow. Upon receipt of the order, we will proceed immediately to the shipment of your order.


Products are missing from my order, what should I do ?

Our sincere apologies! We promise to do our best not to let this happen again. Email us at customer-service[@] so that we can do an internal check and we will ship your missing products as soon as possible.
